Postage, Delivery, Returns & Exchanges

Please note The Candle Maker retains proof of postage for all deliveries and does not accept responsibility for items lost in the post. In the unlikely event that an item is damaged in the post, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery via our Contact Page. We will then investigate and we may ask you to return the item to us. Once we receive the item, we will refund the postage to your original payment method and send you a replacement or a full refund.

We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage, which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in this website.
